The environmental footprint of a MAFAC cleaning system speaks for itself: The patented process of rotating the basket and spray system already requires significantly less energy than a stationary nozzle system relative to the process-specific energy requirement.
Options such as full thermal insulation of the machine or heating the holding tanks with existing heat – e.g. from manufacturing machines or renewable hot water generation – can further reduce power consumption and CO2 emissions.
